Through the office of The County First Lady, she has been active in cancer programmes, supporting cancer screening in various sub-counties in Kisumu County, in particular and in Kenya, in general. She has been involved in organizing medical camps as well as providing support to cancer patients.
Her vision for the Alliance is to have all the partners currently providing cancer services be they in public, private or research institutions, working together as KCCA, documenting the cancer situation, mapping available service providers within the county, providing a networking forum for consultations and information exchange and developing systemic referral pathways.
